In-depth analysis of the user experience with CRG Website Usability Testing. Usability issues should be the foremost consideration of any company when implementing an Internet strategy. Usability testing of websites brings our clients an in-depth analysis of the customer experience by actually monitoring and recording how they interact with a website.

Website Usability Testing begins with a thorough study of the client's website design and strategy. We consult with clients continuously as objectives are determined and interactive elements are identified. A review of interactive elements such as registration forms, web applications, shopping carts, customer feedback and search engines are assessed for functionality while participants explore areas within the website.

Target groups of participants are selectively recruited and screened prior to attendance. Our highly trained moderators guide participants through a series of tasks on the featured website and facilitate a discussion among users about their online experience. Findings are recorded and analyzed by a team of researchers using qualitative and quantitative techniques. The client receives a complete interpretive report, including recommendations.
