In 1998, the company introduced to Alaska's business community the first and only Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) Center located in downtown Anchorage.

Featuring capacity for 40 computer stations with professional interviewers, the CATI Center offers a technologically advanced procedure to gather and conduct large database studies.

The CATI Center's Survey System software benefits clients by providing more accurate, in-depth information while reducing the turnaround time to complete surveys. The software features modules for telephone surveys, digital voice capture for open-ended questions, and released in 2000 Internet surveys.
