	Karen Soto, Focus Group Supervisor Karen Soto is the Focus Group Supervisor for Craciun Research Group, Inc. (CRG) responsible for managing and monitoring the quality of the focus group research process including: recruitment of group participants from the company's CATI Center, and management of the focus group sessions held in Anchorage at the CRG Focus Group Facility, 921 W 6th Ave, and throughout Alaska and the U.S. Ms. Soto previously worked with the American Indian Community House HIV/AIDS Project in New York. She was also a founding member of both the Native American Leadership Commission on Health and AIDS and Positively Native. Ms. Soto exemplifies CRG's mission to employ Native Americans and to assist with their professional development as research associates in order to better represent that population and be an authentic voice in the market research industry. An Alaskan Native, Ms. Soto is particularly well qualified and experienced in coordinating focus groups with Native Americans.
	Chuck Smith Quantitative Research Manager Mr. Smith manages all aspects of survey design including development of the questionnaire and algorithm patterns, supervision of data collection in the CRG CATI Center, analysis of the data and preparation of reports. Mr. Smith's past experience spans from mathematician for the US Government to 25 years private industry work designing, analyzing and implementing computer-automated systems for manufacturing and distribution facilities. He has written numerous technical papers and market research articles, taught management level workshops on computer modeling and simulation analysis, and has been a frequent speaker at professional and industry trade events. He earned a B.S. degree in Mathematics, Magna Cum Laude, from Central Michigan University.
